Group Filters and Add Counters to Grouped Filters

What’s Coming:
We have added the ability to group and collapse filters, along with counters for grouped filters. This feature helps you organize your custom filters more efficiently.

How It Works:
Grouped filters now display a total count of items within that filter group. You can also expand, and collapse filter groups as needed. If you have a long list of custom-configured filters, this update will help streamline and organize your workflow.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to SettingsFilters.
  2. Create a group.
  3. Click Edit Order.
  4. Drag and drop filters into your newly created group.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go back to your inbox. If configured correctly, you will now be able to expand and collapse your custom filter groups.

Improved Snooze Feature

What’s Coming:
Users can now add personal reminders for individual comments in a thread. This is particularly useful for managing complex email dialogues or extensive social media discussions.

How It Works:
Once a reminder is set for a specific part of a conversation, users will receive a notification when the reminder time is reached.

How to Use:

  1. Find your reply in a thread.
  2. Click the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Add Reminder.
  4. Once set, you will receive a notification under the bell icon when the reminder is due.

Internal Links to Specific Parts of a Dialogue

What’s Coming:
Users can now generate and share internal URLs that link directly to specific parts of a conversation thread. This functionality is available across all ticket sources.

How It Works:
Instead of linking to an entire ticket, these internal links direct users to a specific part of a conversation.

How to Use:

  1. As an admin, highlight a comment.
  2. Copy the internal link.
  3. Share it with relevant team members.

Deletion of Internal Comments

What’s Coming:
Administrators can now delete internal comments written by other agents.

How It Works:
This feature is useful for maintaining clarity in ongoing discussions, especially when old internal comments become irrelevant due to revived social media threads.

How to Use:

  1. As an admin, click the three-dot menu on an internal comment.
  2. Select Delete.

Updated Facebook Threading

What’s Coming:
We now support third-level comments in Facebook threads.

How It Works:
Users can now reply to comments at the third level within a Facebook thread.

How to Use:
Simply add a reply to a comment, and it will be posted in the appropriate location on Facebook.

Bulk Installation of Locations

What’s Coming:
Administrators can now install all locations connected to a Facebook account in a single batch.

How It Works:
This feature saves time by allowing admins to install multiple Facebook locations at once.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to SettingsInstallationsFacebook.
  2. Install your main page.
  3. Click the Add button to install all connected locations.

RegExp Support for User Identification Fields

What’s Coming:
User identification fields can now be validated using custom Regular Expression (RegExp) strings.

How It Works:
Admins can add a RegExp validation string to ensure users enter valid email addresses when starting a dialogue. This feature is available for chat, internal, and external forms.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to SettingsForms.
  2. Select the User Identification field.
  3. Choose RegExp Validation from the left menu.
  4. Enter the RegExp string and an accompanying error message.
  5. All new email addresses added to the field will now be validated.

Filter Tickets Based on Group Assignments

What’s Coming:
Users can now build custom filters based on user groups.

How It Works:
This update simplifies the process of maintaining filters that display ticket assignments for specific user groups. Once set up, managing filters requires only updating the user group, as the filters will automatically adjust.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to SettingsFilters.
  2. Create or modify a filter group.
  3. Save your updates.
  4. Changes will apply to all users with access to the filters immediately.
