As the leader of SAP in Norway and CEO of Cenium AS, Michael built a strong customer-focused organization. With extensive experience in software development, sales, and leadership of growing and developing companies, Michael brings a unique combination of skills and insights that will support Zisson in the next phase of Verdane’s ownership.

Zisson will continue to focus on delivering top-notch communication solutions and services to our customers. We will build upon our existing products and services while exploring new opportunities for innovation and technological advancement. With Verdane as a key partner, we will benefit from their extensive experience in technology investments and together create a sustainable path towards future success.

Michael will prioritize strengthening our talented team and fostering a culture of collaboration and development in an environment where employees thrive and feel inspired to perform at their best. He is committed to building strong relationships with employees and partners, listening to their ideas and perspectives. We are extremely excited to embark on this new chapter under Michaels leadership. Ranajay Roy, who has served as interim CEO, will resume his original role as CFO at Zisson.
