Hva er GDPR?

GDPR står for General Data Protection Regulation og er erstatningen og oppdatering av EU´s 20 år gamle databeskyttelsesdirektiv.

Forholdet mellom en behandlingsansvarlig virksomhet og databehandleren skal være regulert i en databehandleravtale.

Alle kunder av Zisson må signere en databehandleravtale slik at vi som databehandler kan behandle personopplysninger på vegne av kunden.

Behandling av personopplysninger

Zisson v/ daglig leder er behandlingsansvarlig for vår behandling av personopplysninger.

Zisson behandler personopplysninger i henhold til gjeldende lovgivning og selger ikke dine personopplysninger til tredjeparter. Zisson behandler ikke personopplysninger uten at det foreligger et lovlig behandlingsgrunnlag og ikke utover det som er nødvendig for å oppfylle et lovlig behandlingsformål. Våre underleverandører har kun tillatelse til å behandle personopplysninger på våre vegne i henhold til databehandleravtale og i henhold til våre krav om informasjonssikkerhet.

Opplysningene som blir samlet inn på våre nettsider vil kunne bli brukt til markedsføringstiltak som for eksempel invitasjon til seminarer, kurs, øvrige arrangementer, informasjon om våre tjenester samt annen direkte/indirekte markedsføring. Videre vil også innsamlede opplysninger kunne bli brukt til statistikk samt drift, vedlikehold og forbedring av våre nettsider. Til å gjøre dette bruker vi Google Analytics. Vi får ikke tak i kontaktinformasjon fra besøket, bare hvis besøkende legger igjen kontaktinformasjon selv under “Kontakt oss”.

Zisson har ikke ansvar for innhold eller behandling av personopplysninger på eksterne nettsider.

Dine rettigheter

Du har rett til innsyn i egne personopplysninger som behandles om deg. Du har også en rett til å kreve at personopplysninger om deg blir rettet dersom disse viser seg å være uriktige eller ufullstendige. Videre har du også en rett til å bli glemt, hvilket betyr at du kan kreve at personopplysninger om deg blir slettet. Med mindre det foreligger et særskilt lovgrunnlag for fortsatt behandling av personopplysningene vil disse bli slettet. Det er frivillig å gi fra seg personopplysninger, og et samtykke til behandling av personopplysninger kan alltid trekkes tilbake.

Personvernerklæring

Zisson vil til enhver tid følge alle rutiner og instrukser som er regulert ved rettigheter og plikter etter gjeldende personopplysningeslov i Norge med tilhørende regelverk (GDPR). Alle avtaleforhold der Kunden som behandlingsansvarlig og Zisson som databehandler reguleres av en Databehandleravtale som er utarbeidet i henhold til personopplysningsloven og veiledning fra Datatilsynet.

All behandling av data foregår i maskinparkene på GDPR sertifiserte lokasjoner som Digiplex Ulven og i Hans Møller Gasmannsvei. Her er det tilgangs og adgangskontroll og det er kun forhåndsklarert personell som har tilgang, både fysisk og elektronisk.

Alle personopplysninger som Zisson gis tilgang til eller på annen måte behandler gjennom avtaleforholdet med Kunden, skal behandles innenfor gjeldende lovverk. Zisson tilbyr Kunden skybaserte kontaktsenterløsninger. Kategorier av registrerte personopplysninger er Kundens egne ansatte og innleide, Kundens ledelse og eiere, Kundens øvrige kontraktsparter, herunder men ikke begrenset til Kundens sluttkunder (kan være privatpersoner), partnere, forhandlere og agenter (agent er ansatt hos Kunden).

Personopplysninger som oftest behandles er telefon nummer, navn, adresse, IP-nummer, MAC-adresse, epostadresse, fotografi på kontaktkort og øvrige nødvendige detaljer om ansettelses/oppdragsforhold og andre personopplysninger som formidles via Leverandørens produksjonsplattform eller kontaktsenterløsninger på chat eller telefon. Logg- / statistikkføring av brukers aktivitet på Zisson AS sine plattformer.

We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

We use cookies for tracking purposes

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.

We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website. We do however use YouTube video widget to show our video that has been published on YouTube. We also use Google Fonts in our design. We use Cloudflare as a DNS but we do now track any specific information other than location. We do not use this information for anything. We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

Users can visit our site anonymously. We do not register any contact information from the visitor. We do track what pages they visit with Google Analytics, but not who they are. We will not be able to contact any visitors, only if they leave their information in the “contact us” section.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking?

It’s also important to note that we do use Google Analytics and WordPress Stats. We use these to see what pages are most visited, what browser they use, what location they are viewing from, what device they use to view the page (phone or computer). We don´t track anything with WordPress stats for, but its on because we use WordPress as a platform.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
