The new name for our platform is Zisson Interact.
An omnichannel contact center’s main goal is to help our customers and their customers interact in the best way possible. To interact means to communicate with people. Helping our customers communicate and creating great interactions is our primary goal – every day! Zisson is who we are, and we are what we create and deliver to our customers. This is why Zisson Interact feels right!
The name change will happen as we enter the new year. We will update the logo in the contact center, and redirect the URL. The changes will not affect the customers!
